Tim is a Medical doctor with a masters degree in sports medicine and a post-graduate diploma in occupational medicine.

Tim has worked in cardiology, psychiatry, rehabilitation and occupational medicine and has helped develop several new services (chronic pain, cardiac rehabilitation), new facilities (healthy living centres) and new degree level courses (exercise and behavioural medicine).
Tim is trained in cognitive therapy, behavioural therapy, exercise medicine, interpersonal therapy and motivational interviewing, in which he is a trained trainer. Tim is former international athlete, one time gladiators contender and is consider by some a popular, informative and amusing public speaker and coach.

Formally an accomplished athlete and with a successful background in sports and fitness coaching, Simon specialises in leadership and management development and has designed and delivered workshops and coaching programmes driven by a dynamic passion for helping people to help themselves. Simon has enjoyed having unique solutions presented on the International stage.
